引言近几年来,声表面波振荡器已作为另一种中频频率源,与体波晶体振荡器和空腔振荡器相竞争,并在军事和工业方面得到了普遍采用。声表面波基片由于是平面元件,有利于迅速组装成标准混合式电路。本文述评了混合式声表面波振荡器的研制,并介绍了两种这样的振荡器的研制结果。这种型式的器件给微波系统工程师提供了许多有利条件。 (1)基波频率范围达20~1500赫。 (2)频率稳定性好。 (3)有利于靠近载频和有令人满意的宽带噪声电平。 (4)牢固。 (5)有调频能力。 (6)尺寸小和重量轻。
Introduction In recent years, SAW oscillators have been used as another intermediate frequency source to compete with bulk crystal oscillators and cavity oscillators and have gained widespread military and industrial applications. SAW substrate because it is a flat component, is conducive to rapid assembly into a standard hybrid circuit. This article reviews the development of hybrid SAW oscillators and describes the development of two such oscillators. This type of device offers many advantages to the microwave system engineer. (1) The fundamental frequency range of 20 ~ 1500 Hz. (2) good frequency stability. (3) Conducive to near carrier frequency and have satisfactory broadband noise level. (4) firm. (5) FM capability. (6) small size and light weight.
