在合成氨工业中,用铜氨液清除变换气中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢等有害气体。铜氨液中总氨及醋酸的含量,直接关系到清除有害气体的效果,因此,研究较准确的测出总氨及醋酸含量的方法,受到人们的重视。传统的蒸馏法虽然准确,但费时。七十年代初,国内提出了“EDTA-酸碱滴定法”,并逐渐改进为“EDTA-甲醛法”。但该法在原理上有错误,而长期没有被纠正。本文对该法原理进行了分析,运用浓度对数图,指出了定量关系的错误,并提出了改进的建议。
In the ammonia industry, copper ammonia solution is used to remove harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in the shift gas. Copper ammonia solution in the total ammonia and acetic acid content is directly related to the removal of harmful gases, therefore, to study more accurate determination of total ammonia and acetic acid content of the method, by people’s attention. Although the traditional distillation method accurate, but time-consuming. The early seventies, the domestic proposed “EDTA-acid-base titration”, and gradually improved to “EDTA-formaldehyde method.” However, the law is wrong in principle and has not been rectified for a long time. In this paper, the principle of the method is analyzed, the logarithm of concentration is used, the error of quantitative relationship is pointed out, and the suggestion of improvement is put forward.
