前不久,国务院国有资产监督管理委员会副主任、党委委员黄丹华出席中央企业规划发展工作会并讲话。她强调,要坚持以提高发展质量和效益为中心,更加注重以战略规划引领发展方向,以有效投资夯实发展基础,以创新驱动增强发展动力,以国际化经营拓展发展空间,大力优化布局结构,加快推进转型升级,为做强做优做大中央企业作出积极贡献。现将讲话摘要编发,题目为编者所加。
