Q420双拼角钢是输电塔构建的重要材料,它的稳定承载力决定着输电质量。当Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿达到极限时,输电塔腿就易变形,遭破坏性强。提出利用有限元来求取Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿的稳定承载力的方法。首先利用有限元进行屈曲分析,分析Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿开始变得不稳定时的临界荷载和屈曲模态输电塔腿发生屈曲响应时的特征形状,确定输电塔腿承载力临界状态,然后通过承载力临界状态,确定稳定承载力,通过实验60度和90度大风对Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿稳定承载力的影响完成Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿稳定承载力研究。仿真实验证明,这种方法有效计算出Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿稳定承载力,对Q420双拼角钢输电塔腿推广起积极作用。
Q420 Shuangpin angle steel is an important material for transmission tower construction, its stable bearing capacity determines the quality of transmission. When the Q420 Shuangpin angle steel transmission tower legs reach the limit, the transmission tower legs easily deformed, destructive. A method of obtaining the stable bearing capacity of the legs of Q420 double-angled angle steel using finite element method is proposed. Firstly, the finite element analysis of the buckling analysis is used to analyze the critical load when the leg of Q420 double-angled angle steel tower begins to become unstable and the characteristic shape when the buckling mode of buckling mode occurs. Through the critical state of bearing capacity, the stable bearing capacity was determined. Through the experiment, the effect of 60 degree and 90 degree gale on the stable bearing capacity of Q420 double-angle steel transmission tower leg was studied. Simulation results show that this method can effectively calculate the stable bearing capacity of Q420 double-angled angle steel transmission tower legs and play an active role in extending the legs of Q420 double-angle angle steel transmission tower.
