目的探讨中医全科医师转岗培训《中医养生保健学》的相关教学问题。方法采用访谈法和问卷调查法,对连续3届培训学员进行调查,从教学内容安排、师资队伍、理论与实践教学、教学评价等方面了解该门课程教学存在的问题。结果在所调查方面,该课程教学均存在一定的问题,需采取相关措施解决,提高教学质量。结论该门课程教学,宜在培训大纲中所列内容的基础上补充中医特色的教学内容,建设实践能力强的师资队伍,改革教学方法,重视技能培养,以过程性评价为主,突出实践运用能力考核。
Objective To explore the related teaching problems of TCM traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health promotion and transfer training for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. Methods Interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate 3 consecutive trainees, and to understand the problems existing in this course from aspects of teaching contents, teaching staff, theory and practice teaching, teaching evaluation and so on. Results In the survey, there are some problems in the teaching of the course, relevant measures need to be taken to solve and improve the quality of teaching. Conclusions The teaching of this course should be based on the contents listed in the training program to supplement the teaching content of Chinese characteristics, construction of teachers with strong practical skills, reform of teaching methods, emphasis on skills development, process evaluation, highlighting the practical application Ability test.
