近期,国内通胀形势十分严峻,老百姓都在考虑买点什么来保值,如果经济条件允许,房子成为很多人的首选。中国白1998年房改以来,房价大幅上涨,10多年来的房价涨幅明显超越物价涨幅。1997-2007年,各地房价的实际涨幅应该在4倍左右。市场比较热的时候,不少城市一年就能涨近50%。但过去10多年的经验是否还会延续,房产从长期来看能战胜通胀吗?
Recently, the domestic inflation situation is very grim, people are considering buying something to preserve the value, if the economic conditions permit, the house became the first choice for many people. Chinese White House housing reform since 1998, housing prices rose sharply, more than 10 years of house prices rose significantly beyond price increases. From 1997 to 2007, the actual increase in housing prices should be around 4 times. When the market is hot, many cities can rise nearly 50% a year. But will the experience of the past 10 years continue? Can property beat inflation in the long run?
