为繁荣我国少年儿童歌曲创作,推动少年儿童歌曲创作普及工作,为孩子们奉献更多更好的传唱歌曲,由文化部、财政部、教育部、广电总局、共青团中央、北京市人民政府、中国音协联合发起的第一批新创少儿歌曲推荐活动,已于今年“六·一”前夕的5月18日开始全面启动。作为“六·一”儿童节的特别献礼,还将在北京举办首届“希望之歌”优秀儿童歌曲演唱会,重点推荐10首新创少儿歌曲。优秀少儿歌曲创作推广工作,是深入贯彻落实中发[2004]8号文件精神的一项重要举措, 通过这一活动的深入、广泛开展,唤起全社会对少儿歌曲创作普及的高度关注和责任感,在全国范围内逐步形成少年儿童“人人有歌唱,人人唱好歌,班班有歌声,校校有活动”的良好社会文化环境和氛围。
