主要探讨生物酶法耦合膜技术生产活性短肽的工艺中各级膜工作过程和其他流程试验,采用正交试验确定了最佳酶解条件:加酶量2%、料液比1∶4、酶解时间3h。鱼初加工的下脚料,鱼头、鱼尾、鱼皮、鱼鳞等经过该工艺过程,最终得到了活性短肽产品,86%以上肽为易于人体吸收的生物活性短肽。
Mainly discussing the working process and other process of membranes at all levels in the production of active short peptide by the enzymatic coupling membrane technology of biological enzyme, and the optimum enzymolysis conditions were determined by orthogonal test: adding enzyme amount 2%, solid-liquid ratio 1: 4, Enzymolysis time 3h. After the process of fish scraps, fish heads, fish tail, fish skin, fish scales and so on, the active short peptide products are finally obtained, and more than 86% of the peptides are bioactive short peptides which are easily absorbed by the human body.
