贵州南盘江大桥建成5年即被省交通厅列为危桥,目前实行特殊交通运营管理,社会成本和经济付出压力比较大,主管部门十分关注该桥下一步的运营管理。而判定一座大桥为“危桥”的根据是什么?应如何对其进行有效评估。文章介绍的对大桥目前结构技术状态和承载能力进行检测、评估的方法和数据结果,较好地解决了上述问题,其基本思路亦可作为解决类似大桥鉴定之参考。
