目的评价急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平与脑梗死严重程度的关系。方法 2008年2月至2010年12月选取66例脑梗死患者作为实验组,68例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组患者血清CRP含量,比较2组患者血清CRP差别,并分析CRP含量与急性脑梗死患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分的关系。结果 1急性脑梗死组血清CRP水平为(23.25±0.86)mg/L,对照组CRP血清含量为(5.70±0.60)mg/L,实验组明显高于对照组(t=16.74,P<0.0001)。2急性脑梗死组不同分型CRP比较:轻型、中型、重型组血清CRP分别为(16.38±0.73)mg/L,(22.98±0.88)mg/L,(36.75±0.89)mg/L,组间比较差别有统计学意义(F=4.9 P<0.05),重型组患者血清CRP含量最高。3相关性分析,急性脑梗死患者血清CRP水平与神经功能缺损程度评分存在正相关(r=0.25,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗塞患者血清CRP水平往往升高,其增高水平与急性脑梗死后神经功能缺损严重程度存在相关性。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the level of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and the severity of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From February 2008 to December 2010, 66 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental group and 68 healthy subjects as the control group. Serum CRP levels were measured in two groups. The difference of serum CRP levels was compared between the two groups. Results Serum CRP level in acute cerebral infarction group was (23.25 ± 0.86) mg / L, while that in control group was (5.70 ± 0.60) mg / L, which was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 16.74, P <0.0001) . (2) CRP in different types of acute cerebral infarction group: The serum CRP in light, medium and heavy group were (16.38 ± 0.73) mg / L, (22.98 ± 0.88) mg / L, The difference was statistically significant (F = 4.9 P <0.05). The serum CRP level in the severe group was the highest. 3 Correlation analysis, serum CRP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the degree of neurological deficit score was positively correlated (r = 0.25, P <0.05). Conclusion Serum CRP levels are often elevated in patients with acute cerebral infarction. There is a correlation between the level of CRP and the severity of neurological deficits after acute cerebral infarction.
