教学的有效性取决于教师如何将学科知识“转化”为学生有效获得的一种专业技能,主要体现在教学设计与实施中,即教师根据课程理念和学科理解,经过系统思考,将学科知识通过课前设计有效地“转换”成教学任务,又使教学任务结合课堂实施中的生成资源有效地“转变”为学生的实际习得。如何在学校层面上进一步落实,是课程教学改革继续深入的具体体现,我们在这方面不断加强。
The validity of teaching depends on how a teacher effectively transforms disciplinary knowledge into a professional skill that can be effectively obtained by students. This is mainly reflected in the design and implementation of teaching.
