国际奥委会是以自我遴选制和逆向代表制为基础的非政府组织。在其组织结构中,以主席、副主席、执委等精英人士组成的核心层是国际奥委会妇女体育政策制定和变更的重要推手。通过对国际奥委会历任主席执政期间的政策文本及措施进行分析,梳理出历任主席的性别意识与妇女体育政策嬗变之间的关系。
The IOC is a non-governmental organization based on self-selection and reverse representation. In its organizational structure, the core layer composed of elites such as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Executive Committee is an important promoter of the formulation and change of the IOC Women’s Sports Policy. Through the analysis of the policy texts and measures during the successive presidents of the International Olympic Committee, combing the relationship between the successive presidents’ gender awareness and the evolution of women’s sports policies.
