高等职业教育是我国现行高等教育体系的重要组成部分,因长期沿袭普通高等教育的管理理念,导致其与应然的高职教育管理特征不相符,存在沟通机制不畅、经费投资机制不健全、校企合作不深入等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了努力打通高等职业教育的各个环节、完善高等职业教育经费投入机制、创新“校中企、企中校”的办学模式等应对措施。
Higher vocational education is an important part of the present system of higher education in our country. Due to the long-term management philosophy of higher education in general, it leads to its incompatible characteristics with the management characteristics of higher vocational education. There are some problems such as poor communication mechanism, School-enterprise cooperation is not deep and other issues. In order to solve these problems, the paper puts forward some measures such as trying hard to get through all aspects of higher vocational education, perfecting investment mechanism of higher vocational education, and innovating the running mode of “school-middle school and business school”.
