1病例报告患者男,36岁。某驻舰艇部队军官。既往体健,因左耳出现耳鸣、耳痛,多次到医院就诊,拟诊为中耳炎,先后给予过氧化氢溶液灌洗,盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液滴耳,左氧氟沙星溶液静脉滴注,牛黄解毒片口服等治疗,但疗效不佳,似有加重感觉,再次入院诊治。查体:体温36.7℃,血压125/80mmHg。精神可,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心肺未见异常,肝脾未触及。耳道内及鼓膜周围覆盖淡黄色痂皮和分泌物,有厚重感、不易拭去,刮取少许耳道
