目的观察静脉滴注丙种球蛋白 ( IVIG)治疗早产儿败血症的疗效。方法治疗前后检测血清 Ig G的水平 ,并与未用 IVIG治疗的早产儿败血症患儿做对照分析。结果 IVIG组临床疗效优于对照组 ,用 IVIG治疗后血清 Ig G高于治疗前。结论 IVIG治疗早产儿败血症安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of intravenous infusion of intravenous gamma globulin (IVIG) on sepsis in premature infants. Methods Serum Ig G levels were measured before and after treatment and were compared with those of premature infants without sepsis. Results The clinical efficacy of IVIG group was better than that of control group. The serum Ig G level after IVIG treatment was higher than that before treatment. Conclusion IVIG is safe and effective in the treatment of sepsis in premature infants.
