目的探讨显微授精时由于卵膜弹性不同产生的不同破膜方式对卵母细胞受精率及卵母细胞闭锁率的影响。方法回顾性分析在本中心行显微授精治疗的患者共1589个卵母细胞,根据显微注射针穿刺卵膜的方式分为两组:一组1250例为卵膜弹性正常组,另一组339例为卵膜无弹性组,比较不同分组间的受精率差异,及穿刺后卵母细胞闭锁率。结果根据卵膜弹性分成的两组受精率无差异,卵膜有弹性组受精率为88.2%,卵膜无弹性组受精率87.3%,P>0.05;穿刺后卵细胞闭锁的比率在卵膜无弹性组为17.1%,而在卵膜有弹性组的此比率为5.4%,两者有明显的统计学差异,P<0.001。结论显微授精的受精率与穿刺时卵子的质量密切相关,所以选择恰当的取卵时机获取成熟度适当的卵子是提高显微授精受精率的关键。
Objective To investigate the effect of different methods of rupture of membranes on the fertilization rate of oocyte and the rate of oocyte locking rate in the process of micro-insemination. Methods A total of 1589 oocytes from patients underwent micro-insemination in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Two groups were divided into two groups according to the method of microinjecting needle into the omentum. One group consisted of 1250 cases of normal omentum and the other group 339 cases of inelastic membrane group, compared the difference between different groups fertilization rate, and the rate of occlusion of the oocyte after puncture. Results There was no difference in fertilization rate between the two groups according to the elasticity of the elastic membrane. The fertilization rate of the elastic membrane group was 88.2%, the fertilization rate of the non-elastic membrane group was 87.3%, P> 0.05; Group was 17.1%, while in the elastic group of ova the rate was 5.4%, there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Conclusion The fertilization rate of micro-insemination is closely related to the quality of the egg during puncture. Therefore, choosing the right timing of oocyte retrieval to acquire the maturity-appropriate eggs is the key to improve the fertilization rate of micro-insemination.
