目的:探究PDCA护理管理模式在儿科护理质量与家长满意度中的体现。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年1月间我院儿科收治的100例患儿作为研究对象。将患者按照随机方式分为研究组和对照组,每组患者50例,两组患者分别采用PDCA护理和常规护理,对比分析两组患儿的护理效果。结果:研究组患儿的护理总有效率为96.00%,总满意度为96.00%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理模式相比,PDCA可以有效的提升患儿家属的满意度,改善患儿的预后情况。
Objective: To explore the embodiment of PDCA nursing management model in pediatric nursing quality and parental satisfaction. Methods: A total of 100 children admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. PDCA and routine nursing were used to compare the nursing effect between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of nursing in study group was 96.00% and the total satisfaction rate was 96.00%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with routine nursing model, PDCA can effectively improve the satisfaction of family members and improve the prognosis of children.
