采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇－水（５５：４５）为流动相，色谱柱为ＯＤＳＣ＿(１８)，检测波长为２７０ｎｍ，测定复方淫羊藿颗粒剂中淫羊藿成含量，结果表明在２１．４～１０μｇ·ｍ￣(－１)浓度范围内线性关系良好，ｒ＝０．９９９８，加样回收率：９８．７２％。
The content of epimedium in Compound Epimedium granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with methanol-water (55:45) as the mobile phase and the column was ODSC_(18). The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The linear relationship was well within the range of .4～10μg·m ̄(-1), r=0.9998, and the recovery rate was 98.72%.
