运用基于UG/NX平台的板料成形仿真软件FASTAMP-NX,对某型汽车侧梁的落料、拉深和翻边3道工序进行有限元分析。在分析零件工艺性的基础上,通过对每道工序模拟优化过程的详细描述,介绍了有限元数值模拟技术在多工序冲压成形中的使用方法。实际生产应用表明:利用有限元数值模拟技术能显著提高多工序汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造的成功率和效率;同时,该零件的工艺方案设计合理,对同类零件的工艺和模具设计有一定的参考价值。
By using FASTAMP-NX software for sheet metal forming based on UG / NX platform, the finite element analysis of the three processes of blanking, drawing and flange turning of a car’s side beam is carried out. Based on the analysis of the processability of parts, the method of using finite element numerical simulation technology in multi-process stamping is introduced through the detailed description of the simulation and optimization process of each process. The actual production and application shows that: the use of finite element numerical simulation technology can significantly improve the success rate and efficiency of multi-process automotive panel mold design and manufacture; at the same time, the part of the process design is reasonable, for similar parts of the process and mold design have a certain Reference value.
