嘧啶氧磷(N-23)是一种新合成的有机磷杀虫剂,化学名称为0,0—二乙基-0-(2-甲氧基-4-甲基嘧啶基-6-)硫(酮式)代磷酸酯。结构式如下: 该药于1974年开始由沈阳化工研究院和苏州化工厂研制合成。该药具有触杀、胃毒和内吸渗透作用。对水稻螟虫、稻纵卷叶螟、叶蝉、稻瘿蚊、地下害虫、抗性蚜、螨等多种害虫均有良好的防效,是一种杀虫谱较广、毒性较低的高效有机磷新品种。小白鼠口服嘧啶氧磷急性中毒致死中量(LD_(50))为109.5毫克/公斤。为了进一步研究嘧啶氧磷对稻瘿蚊的防治效果,我们应用沈阳化工研究院和苏州化工厂的50%嘧啶氧磷乳油样品。由广东农林学院植
