本文着重讨论了液晶有源矩阵设计的整体思路和几个重要问题。我们首先提出有源矩阵设计的总体思想,其思想分三步,第一步:由已知设计参数,如 AM-LCD 显示面积尺寸,扫描和数据行列数 N_xM,帧时,要求开口率、开态电压 V_on 等,推算出液晶显示单元电容 C_lc ,再根据 I_on、I_off 来确定有源矩阵器件单元结构尺寸,其中考虑到工艺水平和器件自身特性。通
This article focuses on the overall idea of LCD active matrix design and several important issues. We first propose the general idea of active matrix design, the idea of which is divided into three steps. The first step: by known design parameters, such as AM-LCD display area size, scan and data lines N_xM, frame, State voltage V_on and so on, calculate the liquid crystal display unit capacitance C_lc, and then I_on, I_off to determine the active matrix device unit structure size, which takes into account the level of technology and device characteristics. through
