轮式装载机工况复杂,承受载荷大且交替变化,其前、后机架铰接部位承受很大的冲击力和弯矩。为此,装载机前、后机架铰接部位设置了铰接装置,以保证装载机的承载能力和整机稳定性。本文在叙述徐工LW300K型轮式装载机机架铰接结构的基础上,分析其窜动原因,并提出改进措施。1.机架的基本结构及功能LW300K型轮式装载机铰接机架主要由前机架1、铰接主销2、锁定杆3、后机架4、副机架5、上铰接装置6、下铰接装置7等组成,如图1所示。
Wheel loader complex conditions, to withstand large load and alternating changes, before and after the rack hinge to bear a lot of impact and bending moment. To this end, the loader front and rear hinges hinge set up parts to ensure the carrying capacity of the loader and machine stability. Based on the description of the articulated frame structure of XCMG LW300K wheel loader, this paper analyzes the reason of its movement and puts forward the improvement measures. 1. The basic structure of the rack and function LW300K type wheel loader hinged rack mainly consists of the front frame 1, the hinge pin 2, the lock lever 3, the rear frame 4, the sub-frame 5, the upper hinge 6, under Hinged device 7 and other components, shown in Figure 1.
