目的:研究尿囊素铝片与雷贝拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效。方法:将经胃镜检查确诊的147例PU患者随机分为2组,治疗组74例,口服尿囊素铝片0.2g,tid,口服雷贝拉唑20mg,qd;对照组73例,口服雷贝拉唑20mg,qd。治疗期间每周1次随防,记录症状转归情况。疗程结束后,胃镜复查评估溃疡愈合情况。结果:各项临床症状的改善和疼痛消失情况2组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。PU的愈合率和总有效率治疗组为94.6%和98.6%。对照组为81.1%和89.0%,2组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2组在用药期间,不良反应少,均有良好的耐受性。结论:尿囊素铝片联合雷贝拉唑治疗PU可提高溃疡的愈合率和总有效率,缩短溃疡的愈合时间。
Objective: To study the curative effect of allantoin aluminum tablets and rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer (PU). Methods: A total of 147 patients with PU diagnosed by gastroscopy were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group received oral aldrinone 0.2 mg, tid, oral rabeprazole 20 mg, qd, and control group 73 Bellazole 20mg, qd. 1 week with the treatment during the treatment, record the outcome of the situation. End of treatment, gastroscopy to assess ulcer healing. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of clinical symptoms and the disappearance of pain (P> 0.05). The healing rate and total effective rate of PU in the treatment group were 94.6% and 98.6%. The control group was 81.1% and 89.0%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). 2 groups in the medication period, fewer adverse reactions, have good tolerance. Conclusion: Allantoin aluminum tablets combined with rabeprazole can improve the healing rate and total effective rate of ulcer and shorten the healing time of ulcer.
