高效液相色谱微机程控自动变换波长的方法,使生物样品中的氮烯乙茶及其代谢产物可同时在各自的最大吸收波长下得以测定,保证了各组分的最大检测灵敏度。观察了小鼠血中该药及代谢产物的浓度变化。
High-performance liquid chromatography microcomputer program-controlled automatic wavelength conversion method, so that the biological samples of nitrenol tea and its metabolites can be measured at the same maximum absorption wavelength at the same time, ensuring the maximum detection sensitivity of the components. Changes in the concentration of the drug and metabolites in the blood of the mice were observed.
