Case patients, female, 24 years old, pregnant two pregnancies, the first 4 months of pregnancy, B-ultrasound: fetal hypoplasia about 2 and a half months of size and abortion. 2nd pregnancy 3 months unexplained abortion. The couple phenotype, normal intelligence, non-relatives married, no contact with harmful substances. Parents phenotype, mental normal, the mother had no history of abortion. Cytogenetic examination: patients with karyotype 46, XX ,?
