目的:针对中老年妇女卵巢机能逐渐衰退的生理特点,寻找一种可供中老年妇女服用的延缓衰老的有效药物。方法:分别用更年平调液,金匮肾气丸,古汉养生精和利维爱处理老年雌性大鼠,8周后测血、肝、脑中的脂质过氧化物(LPO),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量,血中一氧化氮(NO)含量及雌二醇(E_2)、催乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕激素(PRO)、雄激素(T)等性激素水平;在光镜下观察子宫、卵巢的形态学改变。结果:更年平调液能有效升高老年大鼠的 E_2、PRL 水平,降低 FSH、LH 水平,改善内分泌状况;升高 SOD、GSH-Px 水平,降低 LPO 含量,改善自由基代谢;升高血中NO水平;改善子宫、卵巢形态;其作用与利维爱类似。结论:更年平调液与利维爱的效果类似,适于中老年妇女服用,以延缓衰老。
OBJECTIVE: In view of the physiological characteristics of middle-aged and elderly women’s gradual decline of ovarian function, look for an effective anti-aging drug that can be taken by middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: The aged female rats were treated with Gengnianping fluid, Jinkuishenqiwan, Guhanjianjingjing and Levi, respectively. After 8 weeks, blood lipid, liver and brain lipid peroxides (LPO) The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), blood nitric oxide (NO) and estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (LH), progesterone (PRO) and androgen (T) were measured. The morphological changes of uterus and ovary were observed under light microscope. The results showed that Gengnianping tonifying fluid can effectively increase the levels of E_2 and PRL in aged rats, decrease the levels of FSH and LH, improve the endocrine status, increase the levels of SOD and GSH-Px, decrease the content of LPO and improve the metabolism of free radicals; NO levels in blood; improve uterine and ovarian morphology; its role similar to Levi love. Conclusion: The effect of Chronicles and Levi is similar to that of Levi, which is suitable for middle-aged and elderly women to take anti-aging actions.
