随着各国法制理念的不断推进,人权保障应运而生的被纳入到法制社会的章程中,这不仅仅是法制的进步,更是时代的要求、民主的体现。而刑事诉讼中侦查阶段的人权保障显得更为迫切,本文通过介绍我国侦查阶段人权保障的起源发展,分析我国目前侦查程序中人权保障的现状和造成这种现状的问题,有针对性地提出完善我国侦查程序中犯罪嫌疑人人权保障的具体措施。
With the continuous promotion of the concept of legal system in various countries, human rights protection has been incorporated into the statute of legal society in the constitution, which is not only the progress of the legal system, but also the requirement of the times and the manifestation of democracy. However, the protection of human rights in criminal litigation is even more urgent. By introducing the origin and development of human rights protection during the investigation phase of our country, this paper analyzes the current situation of human rights protection in our current investigation procedures and the problems that cause this situation.
