目的探讨β-内啡肽 (β-EP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( HIE)发病中的作用。方法采用放射免疫法检测 38例 HIE患儿和 2 6例对照组小儿的血浆和脑脊液中的β-EP含量。结果 HIE组和对照组血浆β-EP含量分别为 ( 4 8.72± 2 4.80 ) ng/L ,( 13.2 8± 5 .35 ) ng/L。两组脑脊液中的β-EP含量分别为 ( 6 0 .78± 37.6 5 ) ng/L和 ( 8.98± 5 .6 8) ng/L。 HIE组血浆和脑脊液中的β-EP均显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论β-EP在新生儿 HIE的发生发展中起重要作用
Objective To investigate the role of β-EP in the pathogenesis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The levels of β-EP in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of 38 infants with HIE and 26 infants in control group were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of β-EP in HIE group and control group were (4 8.72 ± 2. 4.80) ng / L and (13.2 8 ± 5.35) ng / L, respectively. The levels of β-EP in cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups were (60.78 ± 37.65) ng / L and (8.98 ± 5.58) ng / L, respectively. Β-EP in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in HIE group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion β-EP plays an important role in the occurrence and development of neonatal HIE
