我院近4年中收治经X 线摄片证实有肺损害的伤寒患者13例,其中男7例,女6例,年龄3～69岁,平均26.5岁,病程4～20天,平均9.8天。临床分型:普通型8例,轻型3例,重型2例。咳嗽9例,上腹痛1例,泡沫痰2例,气急2例。左下肺呼吸音低1例,右下肺湿罗音3例,血wbc<4×10~9/L 1例,>10×10~9/L 1例。X 线表现左下肺片状模糊及絮状改变5例,右下肺片状模糊4例,两下肺片状模糊3例,肺门模糊1例。治疗与转归;本组抗菌治疗用氟哌酸,吡哌酸、丁胺卡那霉素,磷霉素钙、SMZ-co 单用或联用均痊
Nearly 4 years in our hospital admitted to the X-ray confirmed lung damage in patients with typhoid in 13 cases, including 7 males and 6 females, aged 3 to 69 years, mean 26.5 years, duration of 4 to 20 days, an average of 9.8 days . Clinical classification: common type in 8 cases, 3 cases of light, heavy in 2 cases. Cough in 9 cases, 1 case of upper abdominal pain, foam sputum in 2 cases, 2 cases of shortness of breath. 1 case of lower left lung breath sounds, 3 cases of right lower lung wet rales, 1 case of blood wbc <4 × 10 ~ 9 / L,> 10 × 10 ~ 9 / L cases. X ray showed left lower lung flaky and flocculent changes in 5 cases, 4 cases of right lower quadriceps vague, 2 cases of pulmonary plaque blurred in 2 cases, 1 case of hilar ambiguity. Treatment and outcome; this group of antimicrobial treatment with norfloxacin, pipemidic acid, amikacin, fosfomycin calcium, SMZ-co alone or in combination were cured
