恶性肿瘤已经成为我国城市居民的主要疾病死亡原因之一,据1982年统计,全国城市居民的主要疾病死亡原因中,恶性肿瘤居第三位,占总死因的20.6％,但与第一位的脑血管病(22.26％)和第二位的心脏病(21.05％)已很接近。而在某些城市(上海、西安、广州),已居各种死因的第一位(表1,图1)。
Malignant tumors have become one of the major causes of death of urban residents in China. According to statistics of 1982, among the major causes of death caused by urban residents in China, the number of malignant tumors ranks the third, accounting for 20.6% of the total, but not the same as that of the first Cerebrovascular disease (22.26%) and second place heart disease (21.05%) are very close. In some cities (Shanghai, Xi’an and Guangzhou), the number of causes of death has been the highest (Table 1, Figure 1).
