丙二醇广泛应用于制药和食品工业。近年来人们逐渐注意到长期摄食大量丙二醇可引起中枢神经系统毒性症状,口服或局部使用丙二醇还可出现致敏现象。此外,丙二醇尚可影响大鼠的肝微粒体和脂质代谢。
Propylene glycol is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. In recent years, people gradually noticed that prolonged ingestion of large amounts of propylene glycol can cause symptoms of central nervous system toxicity. Oral or topical use of propylene glycol can also cause sensitization. In addition, propylene glycol still affects rat liver microsomes and lipid metabolism.
