38CrMoAlA钢材上,出现的低倍点状偏析,是C、S、P元素的正偏析,和以铝元素的负偏析的集合体,是区域偏析的一种。试验数据指出:在电弧炉冶炼和模铸条件下,38CrMoAlA钢点状偏析的形成,和钢锭结晶条件有密切关系,只要从生产工艺上,控制适当的钢液的过热度,缩小液固两相线的温差,缩短液固二相共存区存在的时间,创造良好的结晶条件,限制柱状晶体的发展,可以有效地解决165~170园方大尺寸钢材上的低倍点状偏析质量问题。
