当前我省民办高职院校生源主要是以注册类考生为主,大学生思想政治教育工作面临新的挑战和难点,寝室作为大学生学习生活、人际交往的主要场所,是思想政治教育工作的重要载体之一。而寝室文化建设则是校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是民办高职院校强化教书育人,培养合格人才的重要措施之一。重视寝室文化建设,对于民办高职学生的成人成才教育起着至关重要的作用。做好寝室文化建设,能更好地将思想政治教育工作的触角全方位地辐射到每一位学生。
At present, the source of private higher vocational colleges in our province is mainly registered candidates, and the ideological and political education of undergraduates faces new challenges and difficulties. As the main place for college students to study life and interpersonal communication, dormitory is an important carrier of ideological and political education one. The construction of dormitory culture is an important part of the construction of campus culture. Emphasis on the construction of dormitory culture plays an important role in the adult education of private higher vocational students.
