先从我的名字说起吧。父母取名时,希望我勤勉好学,博取众长,取“智慧来自于群众”之意,这也算是他们这个年代的党员对党的群众路线的质朴理解吧。从大学本科到研究生,学习的都是金融专业,毕业后顺利进入银行工作。那时的我,梦想是成为一名职业经理人,一名银行女高管。8年的银行工作经历,我收获了很多,有相对丰厚的报酬,还有个人成长的历练。我的工作是帮助我们的财富客户实现资产保值增值,但归根到底还是要让银行实现利润,有时甚至不得不将银行的利益置于客户利益之上。这种冲突、纠结让我内心深处开始思考,这是我梦想的人生吗?
Start with my name. When parents named, I hope I diligently studious, to win over the public, take “wisdom comes from the masses ” meaning, it can be regarded as the simple understanding of the party’s mass line of their members of this era. From university undergraduate to graduate students, all major in finance are majoring in finance. After graduation, they have successfully entered the bank’s work. At that time, my dream was to become a professional manager and a bank executive. Eight years of bank work experience, I have harvested a lot, with relatively rich remuneration, as well as personal growth experience. My job is to help our wealthy clients to preserve and increase the value of their assets. Ultimately, however, they will still want to make profits for their banks. Sometimes they even have to put their interests above the interests of their clients. This conflict, tangled my heart to start thinking, this is my dream life?
