《国家电网》:您何时开始接触特高压这个课题的?当时是什么状况?孙昕:2004年11月,公司党组和刘振亚总经理提出在我国发展特高压输电技术的构想和加快建设以特高压为骨干网架、各级电网协调发展的坚强国家电网的战略目标。当时,我在安徽省电力公司工作,由于华东地区500千伏电网走廊资源紧缺、短路电流超标严重,直接影响到电网安全运行,我深刻感受到,中国电网发展到一定规模,迫切需要发展更高的电压等级。
