阐述中职教育引入德国“双元制”教育教学模式的方法措施,对这一教育模式在应用中的问题进行了探讨,强调学校和企业分工协作,共同完成培养人才全过程:一是有明确的培养目标,即培养的是高素质的一线技术工人或技术农民;二是企业和学校相互协调配合,并以企业为主;三是理论和实践紧密结合,并以实践为主强调在实践中学习,在学习中实践的职教理念。
This paper expounds the methods and methods of secondary vocational education introducing German “dual system” education and teaching mode, probes into the application of this educational mode, emphasizes the division of labor and cooperation between schools and enterprises and accomplishes the whole process of training qualified personnel: Have a clear goal of training, that is, training is a high-quality front-line workers or technical farmers; Second, enterprises and schools coordinate with each other, and the main business; Third, the theory and practice of close integration, and practice-based emphasis on the Practice in learning, learning in the practice of vocational education philosophy.
