在公务员培训中,现场教学是一种互动式的新型教学模式,是根据培训学员已有的知识水平、社会经历、工作经历为教学基础,在教员的引导下,通过对现场事实的参观、学习、调查、体验、研究与探讨交流,做到理论与实践相结合,对实际问题提出相应的解决方法、思路或是可供参考的经验成果。在现场教学中,其教学目标主要是让学员通过现场事实材料中学习知识,学习经验,从而培养学员解决问题能力、观察事物能力和决策能力,不仅有利于促进学员基础知识理论的强化和吸收,而且有效的提高培训的质量。
