有人用注入墨汁和micropaque(一种微粒钡剂—摘译者注)的方法在尸体肾中见到了肾盏穹隆部发生的破裂。
The renal pelvis sinus reflux usually occurs in the lowest impedance place - the dome of the alveolar calvlus. A rupture of the dome of the calyceal dome was seen in the cadaver kidneys using a method of injecting ink and micropaque. Urine first enters the renal pelvis and sinonode space, and then into the lymphatic system (pelvic lymphatic drainage). If extravasation is significant, the urine in the renal sinus can flow along the inside of the funnel to the renal portal. It seems that due to individual differences, in some of the kidneys, urine may spill into the peritoneum or perirenal space; while in other kidneys, the renal capsule seals the renal sinus at the renal portal, causing urine to flow out of the renal portal. Extravasation from the renal portal should first enter the perirenal space, and then overflow into the kidney next to each other
