全国地质期刊编辑工作经验交流会于1991年9月10日至14日在青岛地矿部海洋地质研究所培训中心召开,来自地质矿产部、中国科学院、高等院校、石油、煤炭、化工、冶金、地震、建材等系统78个地质期刊编辑部的96位代表出席了会议。中国科协期刊管理处处长傅锡占,中国科学技术期刊编辑学会副理事长鲁星应邀出席了会议,青岛市科委主任以及地矿部海洋地质研究所的领导出席了开幕式并讲了话。这次会议是由中国地质学会期刊处会同《海洋地质与第四纪地质》等18家编辑部发起召开的,主要内容是学习贯彻《著作权法》和《科学技术期刊管理办法》,讨论地质期刊的标准化、规范化,交流办刊经验。通过
