目的:探讨中药红花浸液辅助腹腔镜下手术治疗子宫内膜异位症及对于生育指数的影响。方法:子宫内膜异位症导致不孕患者98例根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各49例,都给予腹腔镜下手术治疗,术后对照组给予口服孕三烯酮干预,治疗组给予口服孕三烯酮结合中药红花浸液干预。结果:所有患者都顺利完成手术,两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后最高体温与术后住院天数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为98.0%和87.8%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在干预期间的恶心呕吐、月经不调、切口感染等不良反应发生情况与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过对症处理后都明显好转。随访调查治疗组术后3个月、6个月与术后12个月的妊娠率都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下手术治疗子宫内膜异位症具有很好的微创性,而中药红花浸液的应用能有效提高近期疗效及术后中远期生育妊娠率,且安全性好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of safflower liquid-assisted laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis and fertility index. Methods: Ninety-eight cases of infertility caused by endometriosis were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of admission, and 49 cases were given laparoscopic surgery. The control group was treated with gestrinone after intervention. The treatment group Give oral Gestrinone combined with traditional Chinese medicine safflower infusion intervention. Results: All the patients completed the operation successfully. There was no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative maximum body temperature and hospital stay after operation (P> 0.05). After treatment, the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 98.0% and 87.8% respectively, and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, irregular menstruation and incision infection between the treatment group and the control group during the intervention period (P> 0.05), and all were significantly improved after the symptomatic treatment. Follow-up survey of the treatment group after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after pregnancy were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis has a good minimally invasive, and the application of Safflower infusion can effectively improve the short-term efficacy and postoperative long-term fertility pregnancy rate, and good safety.
