在“质量,品种,效益年”活动中,为了正确反映产品质量状况,需要研究和改进质量统计方法,建立和完善质量统计指标体系.众所周知,建立统计指标体系的原则是科学性,可行性,可比性和适用性,质量统计指标体系当然也不例外.以上原则在建立质量统计指标体系的过程中具体表现为:科学性是指指标体系可以直接反映产品的物理和化学性能,技术水平等.可行性是指质量指标要与当前的企业管理和检测手段相一致,否则指标再科学也无法或很难取得数据资料.可比性是指除统计口径和计算方法要可比外,还可进行纵向和横向比较.适用性是指既能满足微观和局部的统计考核与管理的需要,在宏观上也可进行综合评价.
