十一届三中全会以来,尤其是1989年颁发《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的意见》以来,我国参政党民主监督稳步推进,取得长足进步。在新时期,进一步加强参政党民主监督,应明确监督内容,突出监督重点;完善监督机制,规范运行程序;加强自身建设,提升监督能力。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, especially since the CPC Central Committee issued the Opinion of the CPC Central Committee on Insisting on and Improving the System of Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultation under the Leadership of the CPC, since 1989, the democratic supervision of the participating political parties in our country steadily progressed. In the new period, to further strengthen the democratic supervision of the participating parties, it is necessary to clearly supervise the contents, highlight the key points of supervision, improve the supervision mechanism and standardize operational procedures, strengthen self-construction and enhance the supervision capacity.
