利用前期研究获得的病原菌各分类水平特有同源基因,构建了病原菌特异基因数据库,采用四层架构模型和单向依赖结构构建了在线展示及查询系统,为科研工作者提供了病原菌特异基因基础数据。可通过简洁直观的方式进行查询和展示,为分型位点筛选、检测芯片设计、核心基因组研究等工作提供相应位点选择依据,为病原菌相关研究工作提供了便捷工具,可加快相关病原菌检测和分型方法的建立。在目前新型病原菌不断出现、治疗愈加困难等越来越严峻的传染病预防控制形势下,具有重要应用价值和现实意义。
