《四川省人民代表大会常务委员会关于加强省级预算审查监督的决定》(以下简称《决定》)已于2002年5月30日经省九届人大常委会第二十九次会议通过。认真贯彻实施《决定》,有利于进一步深化省级预算管理体制改革和加强预算管理,有利于推进依法行政和依法理财,各部门对此要高度重视,采取切实有效措施,认真贯彻落实。现就有关问题通知如下。一、提高思想认识,严格依法行政《决定》的发布,对于贯彻依法治省方针,进一步改进和规范预算管理工作,更好的发挥省级预算在发展国民经济、促进社会进步、改善人民生活和深化改革、扩大开放中的作用具有重要意义,各部门要认真学习,深刻领会,全面贯彻《决定》精神,进一步加强省级预算管理,依法理财,开创省级预算管理工作的新局面。
