针对火灾隐患评价中面对不确定信息的有效处理问题,提出一种基于D-S证据理论的火灾隐患评价方法。该方法改变了传统评价中非“是”即“非”的简单二元判断,而是用[0,1]上的数值量化介于“是”、“非”之间的过渡状态,在此基础上利用信任函数、似然函数及类概率函数值表示评价结果,并合理地将群体专家的意见进行集结。算例表明,该方法合理、可行。
In view of the effective handling of uncertain information in the evaluation of fire hazards, a fire hazard evaluation method based on D-S evidence theory is proposed. This method changes the simple binary judgment of non- “yes ” or “non ” in the traditional evaluation. Instead, it quantifies the values between “yes ” and "non On the basis of this, we use the trust function, the likelihood function and the probabilistic function value to represent the evaluation results, and assemble the opinions of the group experts reasonably. The example shows that this method is reasonable and feasible.
