目的从海洋真菌No.Y19-07菌丝体次级代谢产物中得到有活性的先导化合物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和NMR谱、质谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果从海洋真菌No.Y19-07菌丝体的丙酮萃取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别为灰黄霉素(griseofulvin,1)、1,6-二羟基-3-甲氧基-8-甲基夹氧杂蒽酮(1,6-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8-meth-ylxanthone,2)、2-吡咯酮-5-甲酸甲酯(methyl2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylate,3)、3-苯甲基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(3-benzyl-pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione,4)、对羟基苯乙醇(p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol,5)、对羟基苯甲甲醚(p-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether,6)、甘露醇(mannitol,7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从海洋真菌No.Y19-07代谢物中分离得到。
Objective To obtain active lead compounds from the secondary metabolites of marine fungal No. Y19-07 mycelium. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by their physicochemical properties, NMR and mass spectra. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the acetone extract of marine fungus No. Y19-07 mycelium, which were griseofulvin (1), 1,6-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8- 6-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8-meth-ylxanthone (2), methyl 2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylate -benzyl-pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione (4), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (5), p-hydroxybenzyl P-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether (6), mannitol (7). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 7 were isolated from marine fungi No.Y19-07 for the first time.
