过去14～20年中,在发达国家中有无法解释的双卵双胎率下降,而单卵单胎率不变的倾向。有的作者报告停服口服避孕药后迅速怀孕者的双胎率上升。双卵双胎率上升可能由于停药后垂体促性腺激素反跳性的解释增加所致,但也有的作者认为口服避孕药与多胎妊娠无关。此外,一些作者报告妊娠前服用过口服避孕药可出现三倍体、其它胎儿染色体畸形、肢体退缩、自然流产畸形胎儿、神经管缺损,但也有许多作者未发现药物与胎儿畸形之间的关系。本文采用回顾性询问多胎母亲的方法,来探索口服避孕药与多胎妊娠发生率和先天性畸形的关系。方法是通过澳大利亚多胎分娩协会(Austra-lian Multiple Birth Association)询问了2000
Over the past 14 to 20 years, there are unexplained double-fertilized twins in developed countries, but the tendency of single-mono-embryos to remain unchanged. Some authors report that the rate of twins in those who quickly become pregnant after taking oral contraceptives has increased. The doubling of twins rate may be due to the increased explanation of pituitary gonadotropin rebound after withdrawal, but some authors also consider oral contraceptives unrelated to multiple pregnancy. In addition, some authors report that triptons, other fetal chromosomal abnormalities, limb degeneration, spontaneous abortion fetuses and neural tube defects may occur after taking oral contraceptives before pregnancy, but many authors have not found the relationship between drugs and fetal malformations. In this paper, retrospective interrogation of multiple mothers to explore the relationship between oral contraceptives and multiple pregnancies and congenital malformations.
