课堂教学是一项蕴含着大量不确定因素的极其复杂的活动。对教师极富挑战性。试想,一位教师要组织数十位家庭背景各异,天赋秉性不同的学生学习,一道前进,其间的状况必定是变化多端,层出不穷的。毫无疑问,课堂教学中的意外当然是不可避免的。那么,教师在教学中应该怎样做才能准确地把握意外,把意外变成有效地教学资源,使师生同时获得学习的愉悦呢?以下是我执教《平均数》时的两个案例及反思:
Classroom teaching is an extremely complex activity that contains a myriad of uncertainties. Very challenging for teachers. Imagine, a teacher should organize dozens of families with different backgrounds, natural dispositions of different students to learn, a move forward, during which the situation must be changing and endless. There is no doubt that accidents in classroom teaching are of course inevitable. So what should teachers do in teaching so as to accurately grasp the accident and turn the accident into an effective teaching resource so that both teachers and students can enjoy the pleasure of learning at the same time? Here are two cases and reflections when I coached the “average”:
