工合运动,即中国工业合作社运动的简称,从最初一个朴素的念头发展成为一场运动,实在“是一个令人难以置信的事业”。它不仅具有建设性,而且在其产生和发展的历史条件下,即抗日战争时期,更带有自救性;同时,工合运动所特有的民主实践性,也使得参加者在生产中体验了全新的民主和全力的合作精神。 “工合”的历程 当日军入侵的战火从上海蔓延到长江流域时,中国工业的一半以上已被日军毁坏或强占,战线的背后只留下了工业废墟。
The Gung Ho movement, the abbreviation of China’s industrial cooperative movement, was “an incredible undertaking” from the first simple thought to a movement.
