本文是法国尼尔皮克(NEYRPIC)水利实验研究机构对其生产的各种灌溉渠道设备的一本综合性技术说明资料。原文为六十年代刊印。正如文末所介绍,尼尔皮克灌溉渠道设备目前已在世界各地得到广泛应用。从地中海沿岸,北非国家,欧、美、日本、罗马尼亚均大量采用。其特点就是利用水位控制原理实现灌溉输水配水工作的高度自动化。结构简单,运转可靠,坚固,设计原理也比较简单。目前三种控制装置中的上游常水位控制(阿密尔门 AMIL),下游常水位控制(阿维欧门AVIO,阿维斯门 AVIS)其产品规格及计算原理均常见技术资料。而第三种控制方式,即上游一定水位条件下的下游常水位控制(采用混合式门 MIX—TE),其技术资料一直未见公布。上述三种控制、四种闸门目前在很多国家仍享有专利。除上述水位控制装置外,另如分流设备、配水器,事故虹吸等也均有特点,很值得我国工作中参考。目前我国灌溉渠道都是采用传统的利用节制闸的上游控制。有的援外渠道设计项目已经应用法国尼尔皮克的控制方法。我国四化建设中迫切需要了解国际上灌溉事业的发展,解决知识老化问题。本文尚未见译文,现将1979年的译稿付印,供参考。限于水平,琉漏错误恐不少,深望指正。(译者)
